Launch of the Center of Excellence in Entrepreneurship for Afro-Descendants in Canada

In November 2021, Africa Development Network (ADN) has undertaken a vast project to establish its center of excellence in entrepreneurship for Afro-Descendants in Canada, supported by the Canadian Federal government to the tune of 832.000 Canadian Dollars. The primary targets of this initiative were to help create 200 black businesses and support 400 Afro-Descendant entrepreneurs by the end of 2024 through entrepreneurship awareness actions, coaching and mentoring, entrepreneurial training and support in finding financing. This project was welcomed by the Canadian authorities who decided to preside over its solemn launch.
