Africa Development NetworkWho we are
ADN brings together African talent, the diaspora and friends of Africa around unifying cultural and socio-economic projects.

01Origins
Africa Development Network is an international professional network: community-based, non-partisan and not-for-profit. It works for the socio-economic development of Africa and its diaspora by mobilizing resources and skills around innovative projects.
The project was conceived and led by André Gallo Azambou in Ottawa. Convinced that Africans can and must pool their skills and resources for the continent, he first launched ADN’s digital platform, then was joined by other friends of Africa, from the continent and the diaspora alike.
A WhatsApp platform, the website and social media connect African professionals of the diaspora with those on the continent, to look together for answers to what holds its development back: illiteracy, access to water, unemployment, endemic disease, infrastructure. The aim is to leave no one out in building an integrated and prosperous Africa.
ADN’s certificate of compliance was issued on August 8, 2019 under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, under number 1156063-8. Its head office is in Ottawa: P.O. Box 45511 Chapman Mills, Ottawa, Ontario K2J 0P9.
